These Terms govern your use of StudyAI, including the StudyAI website and browser extension. By using StudyAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Study and learning use

StudyAI provides AI-generated study assistance, explanations and related learning features. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed rather than treated as authoritative.

2. Acceptable use

You may use StudyAI for lawful studying, homework, research and learning on webpages and materials you are permitted to use. You may not use StudyAI to bypass testing, proctoring, monitoring, access controls, school security systems or other restrictions, or to violate academic-integrity rules.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate account information and must not misuse another person's account.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Paid features may be offered through recurring subscriptions. Prices, billing intervals and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Unless canceled, a recurring subscription may renew at the applicable rate. You may cancel to prevent future renewals.

5. AI and service availability

StudyAI does not guarantee that AI responses will always be accurate, available or suitable for a particular purpose. Features may change as the service develops.

6. Intellectual property

StudyAI and its software, branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for material you submit and must have the right to use it.

7. Suspension

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address material violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, StudyAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. StudyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the extent such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as StudyAI evolves. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page.
