Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid StudyAI subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law, access to paid features continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Free trials

If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial length and billing terms are shown before checkout. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing problem, contact us at wcnd.business@gmail.com with the email associated with your StudyAI account and a description of the issue. We will review the request. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and any rights that cannot be waived.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to display a completed refund.
